It happens. At least you see how important it is to watch what you eat and how you work out each week. Plus, not feeling well never helps. Don't beat yourself up over it. Todays a new day.
Keep working at it. If you fall off the wagon, get back on. Your doing the right thing to set yourself back on track right away. It takes a while to set a habit. If you keep at it, this will become a habit for you.
Stay with it,we all can get side tracked.If you fall off the wagon,pull it back up the hill and jump back on.Another note;Just got done talking with a sales person from the flyshop at the BPS.They said when you guys visit,make sure you fill out a customer comment card about the flyshop.They can use all the sales/support they can get.Thanks...Troy,aka..anonymous
